About the Costume Race
The Inflatable Costume Race is a fun, non-competitive run (waddle) and community spectacle designed for laughs, photos, and Halloween joy. This is not a timed race and there are no winners or prized for speed.
participants will waddle on Elm Street from Carver Park to Dewey Cannon Park wearing inflatable costumes while families and kids cheer them on.
Registration Details
Registration is FREE
Participants must be teens or adults
You must provide your own inflatable costume
Costumes are easy to find online and there is no required theme.
Costume Guidelines
Costumes must be appropriate for all ages
No violent, offensive, political, or adult themed costumes
Costumes must allow for clear vision and safe movement
No props, accessories, or attachments that could injure others
No signs allowed, except official sponsor signs provided by Stroll Three Oaks
Stroll Three oaks reserves the right to ask participants to change or remove costumes that do not meet these guidelines.

By registering for and participating in the Three Oaks Halloween Inflatable Race, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in this event involves physical activity and may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, costume-related limitations, or other accidents.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Costume Derby.
I hereby release and hold harmless Stroll Three Oaks, the Village of Three Oaks, event volunteers, sponsors, organizers, and any affiliated individuals or entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or accidents of any kind.
I agree to follow all event rules and safety guidelines and understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the event.
I acknowledge that this is a family-friendly event and agree to conduct myself in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times.
By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver and release.
